- 54g Walnut 5sec/ speed 4 set aside
- 1 sec not enough
- Place carrots into bowl and grate for 4 seconds on speed 7. set aside
- I used frozen 🥕, 600w 4 mins unfreeze
- Put oil, eggs, sugar into TM bowl.
- 160g sunflower oil
- 4 free range eggs
- 350g dark brown sugar
- Mix 5 seconds on speed 7.
- Add flours, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and spices.
- 250 g plain flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
- Mix for 5 seconds on speed 5.
- Add nuts, carrots and mix for 5-10 seconds on Counter-clockwise operation and speed 2 to blend.
- Check to see all are incorporated.
- If not use spatula to incorporate.
- Turn into prepared tins and bake for 45mins to 1 hour until the skewer comes out clean
- Oven 160C - 45mins not enough, need 1hr
