• 54g Walnut 5sec/ speed 4 set aside
    • 1 sec not enough
  • Place carrots into bowl and grate for 4 seconds on speed 7. set aside
    • I used frozen 🥕, 600w 4 mins unfreeze
  • Put oil, eggs, sugar into TM bowl. 
    • 160g sunflower oil 
    • 4 free range eggs
    • 350g dark brown sugar
    • Mix 5 seconds on speed 7.
  • Add flours, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and spices. 
    • 250 g plain flour
    • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
    • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
    • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • ½ tsp fine sea salt
    • Mix for 5 seconds on speed 5.
  • Add nuts, carrots and mix for 5-10 seconds on Counter-clockwise operation and speed 2 to blend. 
  • Check to see all are incorporated. 
  • If not use spatula to incorporate.
  • Turn into prepared tins and bake for 45mins  to 1 hour until the skewer comes out clean
  • Oven 160C - 45mins not enough, need 1hr
