I have brought the v2.0 of the elephant cup because of its convenience to store the straw. However, I found the cap of the cup lid that stored the straw has split apart. I thought it was an incident as I may have used excessive force to close the cap. Unfortunately, I found that it is not my fault, because many of the customers have reported the same problem.
Even though the cap is broken by my force/ mistake, the company was agreed to send me a new one for free without using any effort by just sending an email to them. They didn't ask me for any other information but just my address and the colour of the cap. The new cap has arrived few weeks after that. Maybe it is because it is coming from Taiwan.
