- if you don't feel dry in the first week of using retinoids, it is probably not strong enough for you
- To start with, apply a pea size amount of retinoids every other night, and then moves to once a night, apply more moisturiser
- Dermatica: Starts with Tretinoin 0.025%, and finally up to 0.1%

- Water is good for removing debris, but cleanser helps to remove oils
