本來沒有打算那麼早開始申請的，因為想考了IELTS（最難的門檻）才開始慢慢來。但真的時光荏苒，轉眼間快3月了。聽説與香港護士管理局的溝通也需要2-4個月時間，我的目標是明年1月前預備好到英國的事，不敢怠慢，現在就開始Start application 吧！See how it goes.
其實我前幾天IELTS被取消的時候就已經想開始了，但又彈出了關於改名的想法(按我），加上工作便擱置了數天。
Application的最初竟是一個有關Equality and Diversity的問卷，問你是否有caring responsibilities？ 種族？Disabilities？也可以選擇不回答的，只是用作統計用途吧！
最令我感到有興趣的，是它竟然問了National identity！UK也有不同文化的人在一起的，有English, Scottish, Welsh.... 一切對我來説都是那麼的新鮮。
先是填寫了Passport details 及upload了passport copy
然後有關Quality details的部分應該指的是你的畢業證書不是護士證！
Qualification gained: Bachelor of Health Science (Honours)
Date started 就寫了當年9月1日...
Date awarded 寫了畢業證書上的日子。
Upload 畢業證書。
Your training regulator details：填寫護士牌及upload護士牌
然後就交錢 140GBP
然後NMC會send email確認收款，但email上會寫：
You don’t need to do anything else at this stage.

據説需要2-4個月時間完成。

由於網上對於這個表格的資訊實在少得可憐，所以我簡單send了封email去表格説明那裡的email去問，沒想到晚上send早上就收到答覆了。收到一個罐頭答覆如下：
To apply for the "Verification of Registration of Registration / Enrolment", please provide a cover letter stating your request for a verification and any additional requirement(s) (for example, issuance of a Certificate of Good Standing, completion of forms from overseas registration authority / organizations etc.), together with the following documents to the Central Registration Office:
(i) Completed application form "Nursing Council - Application for Verification of Registration" or "Nursing Council - Application for Verification of Enrolment" (Forms are available at the website of the Nursing Council of Hong Kong www.nchk.org.hk);
(ii) Photocopy of your certificate of graduation (Note: the one for the qualification entitling you to registration / enrolment, for example Higher Diploma / Bachelor / Master in Nursing);
(iii) Template(s) / form(s) / envelop(s) of overseas registration authority / organizations which require to be completed by the Nursing Council (if applicable);
(iv) A crossed cheque of HK$195 payable to "The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region".
You can either submit the application together with all supporting documents by post or in person to the Central Registration Office (Nursing Council) at 17/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. If you choose to settle the fee (HK$195) by cash at the Shroff of Accounts Office at 17/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, please note the following opening hours of the Shroff:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
[Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday: Closed]
Please note that if any additional document(s) is/are requested after the verification is issued, you are required to submit a fresh application and your application will be processed upon receipt of the application form and the prescribed fee.

這幾天政府在吹風説會禁足，又因為疫情不知道會變成怎樣，所以再不願起牀的我還是去了胡忠大廈17樓交form了。我先去繳費處（在lift的右手邊，進門後右邊）交了HKD195後，職員釘了收據便叫我去左邊的管理處交form。我戰戰兢兢地按了電鈕，等了一回一個職員走出來，便告訴我只要交到面前的紙箱便可。而上述所説的那些文件我雖然準備好，但最後都沒有使用~因為我想那些職員天天都在做一樣的事，如果需要那些文件她應該會叫我交吧？（雖然他們的態度真的很差）
Anyway，靜待佳音吧。

今天隨手check 了一下status發現更新了！
雖然在Qualification Regulator Verification那裡attach了一份說你的information does not match的文件，但根據其他人的經驗，這是不用擔心的。
